Everyone who wishes to be part of the pilgrimage must complete a Registration Form.

Procedure for Registering Online
If You Are Registering for a Pilgrimage Package
- Complete the Registration Form with the ‘Traveller Personal Details’. A section of the form asks if the traveller does or does not have a medical condition. The final section of the Registration Form is where you pay by credit or debit card to Westminster Diocese Lourdes Pilgrimage the non-returnable Pilgrimage Levy of £50 per person.
2. If you have indicated the traveller does not have a medical condition, shortly after you have submitted the registration we will send an email to the traveller’s address acknowledging receipt of the registration (this will not be confirmation of a place on the pilgrimage). Soon after that, we will send another email to the traveller’s address which will include a link to the Tangney Tours booking page where a booking can be made specific to the traveller’s hotel and transport request.
Or
If you have indicated the traveller does have a medical condition, shortly after you have submitted the registration we will send an email to the traveller’s address acknowledging receipt of the registration (this will not be confirmation of a place on the pilgrimage. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes of paying the levy, please email juliandavis@rcdow.org.uk) The email will contain a link to our online confidential Medical Questionnaire which must be completed and submitted. Our Medical Team will then assess the answers as quickly as possible to ensure they can provide medical support to the traveller while in Lourdes. We will then send another email with the Medical Team’s response. If the response is positive the email will include a link to the Tangney Tours booking page where a booking can be made specific to the traveller’s hotel and transport request.
3. Make your booking with Tangney Tours via the link in your email. You will need to pay them a non-refundable deposit of £250 per person, or full payment, to confirm the booking. They will send a booking invoice to you.
If You are Registering as an Independent Pilgrim Making Their own Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
- Complete the Registration Form with the ‘Traveller Personal Details’. A section of the form asks if the traveller does or does not have a medical condition. The final section of the Registration Form is where you pay by credit or debit card to Westminster Diocese Lourdes Pilgrimage the non-returnable Pilgrimage Levy of £50 per person.

If you have indicated the traveller does have a medical condition, shortly after you have submitted the registration we will send an email to the traveller’s address acknowledging receipt of the registration. The email will contain a link to our online confidential Medical Questionnaire which must be completed and submitted. Our Medical Team will then assess the answers as quickly as possible to ensure they can provide medical support to the traveller while in Lourdes. We will then send another email with the Medical Team’s response.
